HOUSE RULES
We expect respect and good manners from everyone when participating in our Forums. All users are required to adhere to the following "House Rules." If we become aware that a user has violated the House Rules, that user's account may be immediately and permanently suspended, without warning or other notice.

The Nestlé Club takes no responsibility for the content or opinions posted. Your use of and browsing on this site are at your own risk. Neither Nestlé nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, this site.
*Trademark*
The trademarks, logos, characters and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on the site belong to Nestlé or are used with permission. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this site. Your use/misuse of the trademarks displayed on this site, will mean that Nestlé will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
*All Posts Are Subject to Review*
All postings are subject to the moderator’s approval. Nestlé is also under no obligation to use any submission or post. Nestlé Club reserves the right to accept, reject, remove or edit any post in our sole discretion, including those that are off the subject, not in English or Tagalog or that contain personal attacks, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, impersonations, or anything that violates the Nestlé Club House Rules. Nestlé also reserves the right to remove any post or other published material that is deemed inappropriate for the community, including, but not limited to:
- Posts which contain any material protected by copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right and have been reproduced without the explicit permission of the owner of these rights.
- Posts that promote and support direct or indirect competitors. All non-Nestlé food and beverage brands will be erased and replaced with a non-branded generic term.
*Abide by Our Rules*
Your post to any section within the Nestlé Club website tells us that you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
* Member URN, Username and Password*
We assume that all posts from the logged in URN, username and password are those of the members who own said items. It is therefore your responsibility to safeguard your URN, username and password for your own protection. For your security, pages will be refreshed within 10 minutes of inactivity.
*No Obscene or Hateful Language*
We live by words online, so we don't allow obscene, profane, racist or sexually explicit language. You may not harass, defame, abuse, insult, or threaten any other member. All posts must reflect your genuinely held beliefs and should not be false or misleading. The same rules apply to photos, images and sound or video clips.
*No Solicitations or Advertisements*
You may not post any content for commercial purposes. Such notes add clutter and devalue our conversations. This includes advertisements for your business, the latest get-rich-quick scheme and solicitations for a charity. Unfortunately, it is impossible to verify the validity of each and every organization that solicits donations; therefore, in an effort to protect the Nestlé Club members from fraud, we must prohibit solicitations for charities.
*Copyright Policy*
This site belongs to Nestlé Philippines Inc. Nestlé, or other third parties who have licensed Nestlé’s use, own the copyright to the contents of this site. You are only allowed to download materials that are specifically identified for downloading. These materials are meant for non-commercial, personal use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not distribute, modify, reuse, report or use the content of the site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without Nestlé’s written permission. Nestlé respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our members to do the same. *Posts and Submissions to Nestlé Club website*
Any non-personal information, communications or material you submit to Nestlé, by email, download, or otherwise, is non-confidential. Your submission allows Nestlé to freely use and reproduce such submission for any purpose. Specifically, Nestlé is free to use any ideas or concepts contained in any such submission for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, advertising and marketing products. Any such use is without compensation to the person submitting. If Nestlé accepts your submission and specifically agrees to keep it confidential or not use it, nevertheless, Nestlé does not waive any rights it may have to similar or related ideas previously known to Nestlé or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
You further acknowledge and warrant that the submission contains only your own material and content or material and content that you have undeniable rights to use, and that Nestlé’s use will not violate any third party’s right.
*Law Enforcement*
Nestlé will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Nestlé to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. Nestlé may remove postings at any time, and for any reason.
