This heavenly steamed cream dory will simply melt in your mouth!
Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus 10 minutes to marinate dory
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1 kg dory, sliced into 3 x 4-inch pieces
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp grated ginger
20-25 pieces asparagus spears
butter as needed
sliced shallots, fried until golden brown
- Marinate dory in MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, olive oil
and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Arrange fish on a square piece of aluminium foil.
Top with pieces of asparagus spears and a tsp of
butter. Seal foil.
- Steam fish for 10 minutes. Open foil to release
steam. Sprinkle with fried shallots before serving.
